High BP hits city youth

Biryani and pickles might be a favourite among the people of the state,but the high salt content in these dishes and also in other fast food can lead to high blood pressure even in youngesters. Increase in blood pressure level among those under the age of 25 has local doctors worried.They confirm a UK based study that says high BP has become a global epidemic.Dr MB Rao,general physician at Yashoda hospital says,"Earlier people in their late 30s and 40s developed high blood pressure.But in the last 5-10 years,this ailemnt is being increasingly detected in the urban youth."High intake of sodium and fatty foods,smoking and stress at the workplace are being cited as the major causes of hypertension,a direct result of high blood pressure.High blood pressure has an immediate impact on the heart,brain,kidneys,blood vessels and even eyes.It increase the chance of heart attacks,diabetes,kidney disorders and can even cause blindness. So inorder to overcome this situation,i have some things with me.They are: 1.Youngester should maintain a balanced diet to keep hypertension at bay. 2.Follow DASH(dietary approach to stop hypertension). 3.One should consume no more than six grams of salt a day. 4.Cut down on food having high cholesterol. 5.The diet should be rich in potassium and calcium. These would ensure a regulated blood pressure level. What do u say friend.Am i right.Share ur thought on these issue.

Be free njoy life at the same time go for adaily walk in the morning ..eat anything but keeping limit will prevent from getting into HI BP Trap and again If yu smoke just smoke 1 or 2 daily If yur a drinker drink 6'90's /weeek The it's ok ..

Yes, hign BP has a direct impact on the brain and kidneys. I too have high BP. It is not due to excess of salt. But I think it is due to excess of work and concentration. My only question is 'does BP increase due to excess of work and concentration?" If so what is the remedy?

yes i will agree with you and i am so thankful for your suggestion also.our foods i mean our south indian foods are like that that means we will take lot of masala and lot of mirch in our dishes from the long time this has become our nature of eating but now this is type of dishes are become so dangerous to the humans.but suddenly it is imposible to change their way . they have to change in a gradual and silent manner. that means they have do decrease thier content of mirch and the masala content.but your suggestions so needed to the humans. because this is not a simple problem this is a health problem . so it is diffcult to chenge. but they will do it. because it is not a society problem . this is thier own problem . so they will respond easily to this un healthy food.
