my back is starting to act up again. I just wanted to let all of my dear friends know that I will be on a bit here and there. But not for very long at a time. My lower back and hip joints are hurting so bad that I have a hard time sitting for very long, and standing and walking are almost impossible at times. I am going to the doctor in the morning (yes, I swallowed my pride and made the call finally) and hopefully he will give me some better pain meds so that I can get my life back together. So please don't think I'm neglecting you all. Sheesh! First my eyes, and now my back! I hope the rest of my body cooperates with me! LOL Love and hugs to all of you.

You need to stand on your head. That will relieve any pain you may have. You may have a giant headache afterwards but the lower half won't hurt anymore. Was I any help? I am so praying for all this stupid pain to go away. I will be thinking of you and don't forget about me..lol

I will help you stand on your head then. I could throw you out of the pod and then you wouldn't know what is hurting..lol..Two peas in a pod, what a life...We will need to keep our little garden friends in line. Did you buy any weed killer?...lol

Oh, I can definitely feel for you - my husband also has back problems and it really restricts what he can do. He's in pain a lot of the time, too.

Not you too? What a pair we'd make. My back and hip are keeping me down, too. And last week I got braces on my lower teeth. Gray hair and braces and walking like I'm eighty-eight. Geesh.

Get well soon Katlady! Remember that medicine only goes so far and the body will eventually have to recover on its own too. If its arthritis and back/spine/muscle problems make sure to get plenty of calcium, iron, potassium and the like. Sometimes the worse body problems stem from cellular undernourishment, make sure to get what you need and get plenty of rest.

Sweetie I am so sorry about this I really hope it gets sorted
I am not much on at the moment either as I am very sick with my Lungs and the Doc filling me with cr*p instead of getting me to a Consultant
I really hope the Doctor will help you

I'd offer to come and kick your doctor's butt, but I don't think I could get my leg that high, and I'd probably hurt myself more. LOL Thanks so much hon. I hope your doctor gets off his high horse and starts helping you too. What a pair we are! Hahaha

Oh dear, that really does sound awful sweety. I wish I could make it better for you. I have a lot of back pain and hip pain but not as bad as yours sounds...I can still sit and walk and stand. In fact I make myself walk when things get bad and feel like I'm going to seize up with rust ...lol. Hope you have a good session with the doc. Mine gives me exercises to do where I have to kneel or lay on the floor. I can't do either of these things and if he really listened to me he would know that, so I just say trhanks doc, nice to see ya, have a nice day and leave, no better off for having seen him. *sigh*

Now that it's been a month, how is your back doing? Hoping it's better by now. I've got chronic back pain all my life so know what your going thru. Your in my thoughts and prayers, my friend.

Hi!Well, I actually don't know you but still I can understand your pain for even I have been through hell after a major accident. So just see if this would help you...1)Wear a magnetic belt for your BACK pply VOVERAN GEL on the areas of pain with alternate hot water formentation. 3)You can take the advise of your DOCTOR & take this PAIN-KILLER...ACECLOW,,100mg morning & night after food for a week atleast.Take care & GOD BLESS!!
