What do you desire most?

I really want to be a successful lyricist and fashion designer. I feel like if I don't my life will be full of regrets. Is there something that you feel you just have to do in this lifetime? Like: climb Mt Everest, skydive, kiss a certain someone, start your own business etc.........Let's be creative!
