Should the Indo-US Nuke deal be operationalized! / myLot

I personally think no. Because it is unfair to India. Being a soverign state, India should be able to test any neuclear weapon. What do you guys think?

Saying YES to nuclear weapon testing for any country is no good, after all its a weapon of mass destruction. Even if a sovereign country like India uses it for commercial purposes it posses threat to the environment and to us human beings. I say NO to the word "nuclear" itself!
