Helium.com Has recently started a section called “ marketplace ", in which they allow authors to see the articles which have been requested by publishers, the amount that the publishers willing to pay, and the amount that each author gets if their article is selected. I think this is absolutely fabulous, not only do we get an opportunity to capitalize on much larger cash than previously paid on helium for articles submitted. If you’re not familiar with helium it is a freelance authors community online which allows you to publish any type of article, report, or other writing type including poetry, prose, and research articles from high school or collegial courses. I have been writing for this website for eight months now, and I must admit though it has paid very little in cash and rewards have been enormous. If you are an aspiring freelance article writer then you should become a member of helium.com or associated content you’ll be glad that you did! and

Have you written for the Marketplace section yet on Helium? I went over and looked at the requested topics the other day, but have yet to try and write one of these articles. I've written for the Helium contests before, but haven't tried this venue. It looks like the pay is outstanding, but I assume the competition will be fierce. What's been your experience so far?

I have submitted three articles haven't won any yet but am working on my ability to write on demand. Which is to write on a deadline and on an assigned topic.

I really want to submit something, and in fact, I was just over there looking at the deadlines they have assigned to the requested articles. I am like you. I would like to get myself on more of a schedule. Then I think I could participate better and make more money. Also Constant Content always has article offers, but you need to be able to write quickly for them too. Good luck with your writing. Hope you will post something here on MyLot if you get one of your articles accepted.
