I normally use the postal service, but then I have to take the package to the post office I know UPS does pick up. I am curious to find out which of the two companies are better.

I only use USPS for shipping and have never had a problem at all....I HAVE on one occasion had to use I believe it was UPS for an international shipment but I'd have to double check that with my husband....It worked out fine but UPS seems more pricey to me than USPS

I only use the postal service because it is cheaper for my customers and I send everything priority mail. I hardly ever visit the post office because I print my shipping labels through paypal or through the USPS website and have them come to my door to pick up my packages. I hate the post office because I live in a small town so it is like 20 people in line and one guy behind the counter frying his brain out. You can have the Postal service pick up your packages you are mailing as long as you already have them labeled and have postage on them. You can have them pick it up at your mail box, on your porch, or even make them knock on your door so you can personally hand it to them. I picked up my digital scale (for figuring postage) for $20. Then, if you have a printer, you are ready to go. Good luck!
