do you feel envious towards your friend?

I have definitely felt like this about my friends before, but I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. As long as you don't become spiteful, or decide not to hang around your friend, or doubt your own abilities and successes because of theirs. It's good to admire another's qualities.

Yes I have especially if they have everything I have been wanting my whole life. But I have realised that she is who she is, and I am who I am and as long as I am happy in my marriage with my hubby and son, then that is all that matters to me.

Yeah, I've felt like that before. I had a friend who competes with me on everything in life. She was my classmate, and also my best friend. However, we compete in a healthy way and we both know it is for the best reasons. We want to excel in life. We were particularly the best students in Science. One day she got one mark higher than me and she got the best student award instead of me. She was absent on that day and I had to be her representative to receive her award. I felt so envious, but later I realized that she deserved the award. We became best friends ever.

Yes, i cant deny that soemtimes I do feel envious with tem and because they have this and that and that they are like and like that and they are not what I am, they have qaulities that i dont hvae. But I definitely know where I stand and I know my limiltations.

i can't deny that i do feel envious towards my friends sometimes because they would have something that i would not have but then i'd quickly think about how great the person has been to me and then focus on being happy for the person for being good at that.
