Come on You know that others, get off easy too. It boils down to what kind of mood the judge is in, and how good your lawyer is. Now if you Jwalk you just might get life..lol Seems the less dangerous the affence is the more time you get.. If you did nothen wrong, was in court.. but didn't like his answer.. even though he was violating your rights.. You can get 30 days in jail.. That is what our country is coming to.. Don't think about smoking in public in some citys.. You might find yourself serving time..

I am sooo sick and tired of al these women!! and its all a big joke at all us taxpayers money..i think the judges that are letting them get away with this because of theer money and status..more over they are being bought in my opinion.,,anyways they need to rip those judges out and replace them with judge judy! lol..soemone who doesnt give a crap about who they are..just what they did,,,i mean gimme a break! and nicol richie what an hour?? paris 4 days?? all i wantto hear next about all 3 of them is this..Paris..Hilary and Nicole has been placed in jail for one year..no probation and 1000 hours of human service..thats what it should be..argghh this system works..SURE!! Hi there.Personally, I dont think its right for anyone to committ a crime or an offense and get away with a light sentence, a tap on the hand, celebrity or not, she could have killed someone or injured them just as bad, all through indulging and carelessness... She should have been treated just like anyone else would have been in the same situation, who knows, maybe the judge was paid off... I definetly dont agree with light punishment...
