This is my 3rd pregnancy and I had a strong urge that it was a girl. But it must have been more about me wanting it to be a girl than for it to have been a hunch because when they did the ultra sound it was a boy. I was slightly disappointed for about 5 seconds then I was as happy as I can be because afterall it is a baby who cares what the gender is.

i feel the same way i dont care either way and im not even leaning towards a boy or girl seeing how i have 1 of each already the gender of this baby doesnt matter as long as it is healthy but the weirdest thing is myinstincts are leaning towards boy and there very strong but well see in the next month or so if they are correst or if it is indeed my subconcious hoping for a boy again !

If at all your instinct is so strong, it might be a boy also. Check out on your next ultra sound scanning but, do not get rejected if it is a girl baby. Anyway you have both the babies, it does not matter whether it is a boy or a girl, accept happily and love that baby.

I never found out what my child was before he was born, but for the first 5 months, I was positive he was a girl, lol. At six months, I don't know why, but I was SURE he was going to be a boy. I think that's the time he got more active, lol. That feeling never left and I told everyone I was having a little boy, then when he popped out, they told me he was a boy. Sure enough, he had a little willie! I love my little boy; toddler boys are so much fun. Blessed Be

With my first, I felt strongly it was a girl - and he was a boy. I think I just wanted a girl though. With my second I never really thought about it either way (a boy) With this pregnancy (currently 38 weeks) - I just sorta knew it was a girl - but kept telling myself it was probably another boy as I didn't want to get my hopes up. I have had three ultrasounds now and she is definitely a girl! My friend who is also currently pregnant has felt from day one she was having a girl - even to the point of buying girl things before she had her ultrasound. She was correct.

I am only 7 weeks along and I feel its a boy, but Im afraid to have to strong a conviction because, I want a boy. HOwever, with my first pregnancy, I found my self thinking, my daughter, and she, alot. And I had a girl. I miscarried a year ago, at 9 weeks and had a d&c at 11 weeks and the whole time back then before I went to the doc, I kept thinking these babies, and them, and it was twins. This time I find myself thinking him, and my son, so who knows. It makes me think of this guy I worked for nbefore I got married, when i met his mother she told me the story about how her son came out of the closet to her, and she yelled "I knew I wished too hard for a girl!!"It helps me keep things in perspective.
