Whoes job is in softare company?

I am a common programmer in Shandong province ,China.Now I use JAVA everyday.I love my work.But I want to go abroad,especailly U.S.A .I know the software industry in America is vast.If you are a programmer in America,can you tell something about your job?I am looking forward you share.

I am a programmer in the Philippines and I use VB.Net. I could also program in Java and some other programming languages. I too am looking forward to working abroad especially in the USA or in Europe if God wills it.
I do business software for our local clients here and of course I too love my job...! Take care!
