Generally aggression is drive for mastery. It may be expressed in violent outbreaks of temper, general irritability, destructive behaviour, or attempted domination on others. In most cases there is a highly developed sense of competition with an overwhelming desire to win. these traits are diametrically opposite to the ones we have enumerated above for happy people. Happy people are therefore never aggressive.

Happy people are stable, they have problems but they know how to deal with them. Usually a stable person is not aggressive.
