Coconut and Palmolein oil

Did you know that coconut oil and Palmolein oil have the highest content of cholestrol that affects the heart? Please post in your ideas about health related issues.

Cholesterol is limited to animals. It is not present in plants. The PUFA [Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acids] content in the oils you have mentioned is less. High PUFA content will help to eliminate bad cholesterol from the body. There is also difference in isomers like cis form and trans forms of the same PUFA of which trans fatty acids are not good for health.
