We always discuss our favorites among the current hit TV shows and some of the old classics, but are there any shows that maybe weren't such big hits and didn't last very long that you really loved just the same? Like, does anyone remember an oldie called Occasional Wife? Or Mister Roberts, based on the movie of the same name? How about Flamingo Road from back when primetime soaps were all the rage? What are faves that didn't catch on with the rest of the world?

Well I'm not sure how obscure it was but I really liked "Wonderfalls" where figurines and other likenesses of animals talked to the female lead sort of giving her clues on helping people. It starred Caroline Dhavernas and was a very witty and different show. It took place in Niagara Falls which contributed to the name. She is a Canadian actress and was very funny in the show. I even started a Yahoo Group trying to get people to help keep the show on the air.

"Square Pegs." It was an 80's high school show that lasted for one season. It was about a couple of geeky girls and their two geeky friends and the girls were trying to be in the popular clique. Sarah Jessica Parker played one of the geeks. It was a fun show; rather campy but anyone who was a teen in the 80's could relate.
