Is the company you're working with follows standard policy?

Like labor laws?...legal holidays?...benefits?
Our company is paying well but sometimes they don't follow policy especially holidays.
They seem to be strict in our works like not to do this and not to do that.
Oh!...It made me sick sometimes.
Is your company doing that too?

Our company has an standard policy that is always followed whether be it on labor laws, benefits and holidays, special & legal. Our Human Resource department and upper management handle this. Our officers follows promulgations and declarations as well as computation of holiday and overtime pays. We can monitor these payouts in our payslips. Some are required to report due to exigencies and this are with approval of the higher authorities. We follow rules set by labor as well as rules set by the company.

It is the same in my school. It has lots of standard policies. Some are good, but some make us feel sick. Compared with the benefits from other schools, ours is far too little, yet we still work so hard for the cause of education.

yes, the company I work for now follows all labor laws and adheres to policies with regards to holidays and benefits which is good, we also have extra benefits like annual medical check up.
I have experinece to work for a company that don't follow such and it's a mess,though it is financially rewarding, I work until super late in the evening and i get no overtime pay,I work even in holiday and no extra pay.
