which cooking oil u use in ur cooking ?

PersonLLY I ALWAYS USE OLIVE OIL..I use the light olive oil for frying and sataing.I have been using it for quite a few years now and that is what i prefer.I use to use the store brand but i notice that it has a certain taste to it that i do not like.I do not like to use any oil that has any taste to it,so i have found that the extra virgin olive oil is the oil of my choice.

Mostly we use vegetable oil. but I do like olive oil and coconut oil. its healthier.

In our house we always use sunflower oil.For some dishes my mom use peanut oil as it adds to flavour.keralites use coconut oil for all their dishes.It has a specific aroma and flavour which i like.
