Should Michael Vick serve time in prison, or get probation?

Either way, his career is over

Forget about all that time in prison. He'll probably only get a year. While he's in prison he's gonna write a book since his friends snitched him out. The title should be Dogged Out.

Don't forget that he'll also 'find Jesus' like everyone else in prison.

I hope he gets the maximum sentence. What he did was cruel, and I hate the fact that he was supposed to be a role model for children. If my children turned out to be animal abusers, I'd report them, too. I don't like people like that in my life, and on the earth, for that matter.

I agree! But looking at the latest trend as far as celebrities and jail time, I don't think he will get much time - if any.

you're probably right, he'll be in and out, the day probably. That is pretty bad, if they do that, though. It's a vicious crime, and should be treated as such.

A regular person would get a fine and some jail time. I hope he gets the same. They won't give him the max, and I don't think they would give a regular person the max. I really don't think he got an advantage or disadvantage from the law. I don't know if his career is over. Al Davis, the owner of the Raiders, is known for hiring guys who have faced jail time. His team is mostly made up of bullies. And if good ol' Al doesn't want him, he could be a star in the arena league. Yeah, the money is not comaparable, but that arena league is desperate to make it bigger, so I imagine he'd get some significant cash.
