The girl who made the "rehab" song so famous would appear to have need of just that service. I have been following her story to some extent. Now he father-in-law has come out with a statement to BBC Radio to the effect that both she and her husband are spiraling out of control with a drug problem, and need to be in rehab. He even went so far as to ask that fans boycott her music until she seeks help.

That is sad she has a good singing voice. I think that's a pretty song. I hope she recovers soon.

Yes, that's true, Shaun, but I believe that she might be in denial. Hopefully someone will be able to get through toher.

But her father has said that that will probably only send her on a further spiral! I have seen some sickening photos of her in the papers lately - one last week wher her toes were bleeding through her shoes - allegedly due to her injecting herself between her toes and then in todays paper there was a picture taken where you can clearly see recent track marks in her arms! I so wish this couple had stayed in rehab where they needed to be rather than running off! xxx

the latest reports (as of yesterdays papers) are that Amy's parents has attacked her inlaws for going out for drinks with Amy and her husband instead of giving support to her parents who were going through hell.

That's very sad when the family has to dragged into it, jend. It will probably lead to bad feelings all around.

I love Amy Winehouses music and hope she seeks help. I think as sad as it is that she may go the way of great musicians before her.

Yes, whywiki, it seems that those who are the most on public view always fall victim to the things they shouldn't. It would be such a waste should they not get themselves back on the right track.
