In recent years what kind of rumous spread in your town/city?

The rumours like hurricane that led to economic or social chaos. In Bangalore, last year someone spread the rumour that there is a run on a Bank, thousands stood before the bank to withdraw cash!! The bank is one of the leading banks and it was found that it is the rumour root cause for this.

Rumors are really disgusting. I wonder for what reason this kind of person loves to spread rumors. For fun or for what? But it is no fun at all. I simply hate this kind of behaviour cheating people.

The clashes between Hindu and Muslim are due to the rumours spread by some miscreants, that results in loss of valuable life.

I am not really interesting about rumors, but my mum always know a lot of them so she have to tell me:) And it's ok with me as far I don't hear something about my friends and I know it 's not true.Sometimes it's sad , what people say and they know it's not true, they just need probably hurt somebody.
