How much do you weigh now? Compare it to your weight last week or yesterday or the other week or month.. Check it ..

I am constant at 75 pounds for the past 10 years and it is my wife and my son who have been putting on weight now and then. It is for their knowledge and health point of view, I have purchased a weighing scale and now they are under control. In fact they see it every 2nd day. It is always better to keep a watch on weight and should not allow to put on weight which will cause many problems.

That's good. I have gained weight because of depression. Now I want to lose some weight. From 60kgs. to 75kgs. is a long way to go for gain control.Thank you for your participation.

Do not concentrate on weight. Concentrate on food in take.

I maintain my weight which is 116 lbs. It is ideal to my height. I eat alot of fruits and vegetables, fibers help in digestion and elimination process of food intake.

It is a good thing that you always watch your weight. I gained 20lbs for the last 6 months and I am trying to put back my ideal weight.

I only watched my weight when i was pregnant because i don't want my baby to be very big when i give birth but before and after that i don't coz, no matter what i eat... i never gain any weight... it would always stay to 110 lbs...

Well... I am not really watching it but I am conscerned that I am 20 weeks=5 months prego and I have only gained 1 pound.

I am between 209 and 215 pounds. Unfortunately I am muscular, but on the short side. I dare not compare it to what I was a week or a month ago. And I certainly am not going to check it because you say so. So I will decline the command to go and stand on my bathroom scale right at this minute, thank you.

In my opinion,weight is not important,health is the most important of all.
