Do you like rock music or you feel its quite loud music???

Hello! Do you like rock music or you find it loud?
Recently I made a new friend who says rock music is a kind of disturbing music to her. She hates it and says its too loud. Is there anybody who feels the same?
If you like listening to rock music, what are your favorite bands or songs? I love rock music and my favorite are of avril.

i like rock music. i like metallica, puddle of mudd, hinder...the list goes on and on. i like a little bit of everything though. i also like shania twain, carrie underwood, faith hill.

there are times when im in the mood for rock music. i guess those are times that i want to feel something strong and energetic to liven up my mood. ^__^ i love our local rock bands here like wolfgang. never fails to make me head bang. ^__^;;

I like most music, including rock music. I enjoy listening to Avril, as well as many others. I don't really have a favorite because I love so many different types of music. As far as it being too loud, that is what the volume control is for.

Same here. I also listen to all kinda music, so don't have a favorite one. But in general I like rock, hip hop, rap & indian classical instrumental music. And yeh, volume control is for controlling volume, but my friend finds rock music too loud in low volume too lol! Thanks for responding!

personally i don't like rock music. It's too loud, it doesn't give any comfort (for me). I understand why your friend doesn't like it. I have a lot more to say about rock music but your might be offended.

I love rock music, but most of my friends prefer "softer" music. I find their favourite music really annoying, though. Rock music sounds best when it's loud, by the way. I like stuff by Evanescence, Linkin Park, and Metallica. Avril seems more of a pop singer than a rocker...

i listen to it,but i don't like heavy metal..flyleaf music is not heavy metal and the girl singer screams like h***l but she's good at that.
