do you put comments on every response you receive?

as much as possible I respond to all the comments posted in my discussions. and its nice if people go back and reply again to my response. ^__^ but I don't feel bad if I don't receive any response to my comments I posted to others discussion. I understand that sometimes, my comment couldn't exactly elicit a response. ^__^

i always give a comment on every responce i have... i just want to let them know that i respect and appreciates whatever points of view they have... i feel sad if i didnt get any comment on my responces but what to do??? i stll keep doing it as long as i like the topic

When I was new to mylot I seldom gave comments to all mylotters that had responded to my discussions. Later I felt rather pleasant if I received any comments on the discussions that I had replied. I then came to understand what an important role that a comment could play for certain people liked me lol Since then I always try my best to give comments to friends that had replied my discussions.

I try to post my comments on most of the replies I received, barring a few ones. I feel bad if I receive no comments on the replies posted by me.

I don't feel the need to comment on every response. I also prefer people to not comment on my responses unless they have something interesting to say. It seems rather spammy, and I'd receive a notification even if the comment was only a simple thank you with no opinions or arguments. It's a bit disappointing to receive notifications like that because you'd be hoping someone would have something else to contribute or a question to ask, or am I the only one who feels that way?

Not on every one of them, but a lot of them. I do rate just about every response positive as long as its in line and has an effort to it. I use to feel antzy that my discussions get no comments, but now I know just to wait it out a bit longer. Some of my discussions are too macabre. Others are rather long so some may take breaks between reading the dissertations (as I've called them).

Honestly not that much, i do post my gratitude to some of the comments that i received in my own discussion but not that much. Have a nice day ahead from Kiko.

Yes, I will add comments to every one who responed to my discussion. I think it shows that I appreciate to their reply.

I don't usually posts comments on the responses I receive. You might have the same feeling, there are times that comments don't need any response. I wish I made myself clear here.. LOL

When I received responses sometimes I do make some comments if it is needed but if I cannot think of something to add and if I feel its not neccessary I don't put a comment on it. But rather I tried to answer one of their discussion to show how grateful I am in their response to my post.

Hi roni. Yes, I make it a point to give comments on every response I receive. It's my way of letting them know that I value their time to think of what to answer. And that way, there will be an exchange of views and opinions. Sometimes, too, it will seem as if we're just talking over the phone! I don't feel bad if I don't receive any comment on the response I made. For one thing, maybe the one who posted the discussion was already very busy trying to make some comments on their other discussions.

yes i do try my hardest to reply on every comment that someone replys on my topics,i try to give the best respect i can,sometimes it might take me a couple of days to reply because of my 3 babies but i will do it.i dont feel bad if i dont receive any comments,its all up to mylotters if they want to comment or not,but the comments are great,and greatly appreciated.take care.pattie

i put all comment on every response if the topic is reponsable. i wont feel bad its only a matter of choice if you want to response or not.

Yes, when my discussion topic got commented on, I try to reply as best as i could. Unless the comment was rude or spammy, I think it is only polite to leave a reply. After all, this is what mylot is all about - commenting.
