Do you ever take a nap during the day? For how long? Lately I've been really craving those kindergarden days when we got to take naps after having a snack. I could so use a nap right now in fact!

No naps needed here. I have been sleeping 20 hours a day lately..It is crazy. I totally missed Tuesday..I don't even think I got up to pee during that time..I am tired right now and I only got up 3 hours ago..

I don't really feel like myself lately. I have an appt. on Thursday and I am going to ask my doctor what he thinks. I have lost 15 pounds since June. I will let you know what is happening.

Well I hope that you get to feeling heaps better soon! I know that is sucks to feel like you're stuck in a funk sometimes or to not know what's going on. Good Luck!

Wow, are you feeling okay? You know I appreciate it and everything but there's no need to sleep extra for me, it's really quite alright, lol.

I don't usually take naps unless I am sick or really depressed. Sleep helps me to feel better in those occassions. But if during the "normal" days, I won't take a nap. It gives me headache afterwards and I would be feeling grumpy and annoyed for no reason. So, this is not good for me!

I used to take naps too years ago, usually after dinner, but now no longer...My "bio-rhythms" seem to have changed over the years...Now once I'm awake I stay awake all day/night...I have to admit I have days when I'm low energy and would love nothing better than to just crawl back to bed again, but it seems if I do take a nap or even over-sleep in general I feel MORE tired than rested...figure that one out

I totally agree with feeling more tired after a nap then before one, I don't know what it is but it makes just just want to stay there.

I do take a nap sometimes but it would only be about two or three hours maximum. But I try not to do it because I know I will have a problem with getting to sleep that night. ^^

I usually take a nap every day about 1 or 2 o'clock and sleep for 2-3 hours. It's kind of like recharging my batteries. I go to bed around 11pm and get up around 6-7am and then have my nap. When I'm overly stressed I sleep alot more. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Hello gmakesmoney. I take naps almost every day. It is usually within less an hour or so. If I do not have enough time, I would take a fifteen-minute nap on bed. Sometimes if I am lucky, I can fall asleep very soon, but not always. I have to set my alarm o'clock to help wake me up so that I won't overnap and go to work late.

I have not taken a nap in a couple months, since my baby was first born. I always say I'm going to nap today, but then I get involved in something and become too busy. I would like to nap more, but when I do I feel like I have wasted time that I could have spent doing something more important.

i usually take a nap everyday...bt its only for an hour and not more than that because if i sleep more than it affects my night sleep...

Hi,gmakesmoney! I always take a nap in noon. The time is about 30 to 60 minutes, not very long but that's enough for me.Because I'm a student now in order to be energetic in the afternoon,I do take a nap in noon.

I usually sleep very, very late because I get busy responding to discussions here in myLot.Right now, it is 3:23 in the morning here in our country and I am still enjoying responding and commenting in the discussions. I'll be sleeping in awhile.

hmmm i take naps but it depends on the timing.Between 1 and 3pm,,when you naturally have a midday slump in alertness is best.If you nap later, you may have trouble nodding off at night.Limit naps to 15 to 30 minutes, any lo9nger and you''ll get into the deep stages of sleep, which will leave you feeling groggy. The exception:Take a one- to two-hour nap saturday afternoon if you're plnning on partying all night. You'll feel fuzzy at first, but then you'll be ready to rage.

ah ok...a topic worth replying atleast ;) hehe!... ummmm...Not only do I take a nap during the day at times, but it usually happens that I end up sleeping the whole day long..lol...simply because I stay awake the whole night...and then I have no options left but to sleep during daytime :( anyhow,if I take a nap during the day, generally it is for a couple of hours or so.Depends actually on my state...If I'm too tired I might sleep for 4 hours also. haha..those kindergarten days are long gone now...though we could still try out that thing ;) haha!...CHEERS!
