Hi, in both the lost matches in the natwest trophy, can u see that both dhoni and karthik did not perform well?. It seems, we win on most of the occassions when either one of them shine with the bat. Is it an indication that young blood are the need of the hour and must perform consistently also? Also, is it time to ease ganguly out from one dayers as his strike rate is abysimally poor at 70% in his comeback as an opener with field restrictions when it should be easy to score at a brisk clip? Should a player like robin uthappa be encouraged constantly at opening slot despite failures here and there? Kindly share your views. Thanks.

Ya its really true....... Youngsters should be encouraged..... You can see a big difference in between ganguly and players like dhoni and yuvraj....... Running between the wickets is faster in youngsters.......

you are absolutely right my friend...i think the wrong leadership techniq he aquired that has dropped his good performance spirit....................:)
