Summer 2007:how did you spend it?

Hello mylotters from all the world! After a long time I am back on this site and I'm writing from my phone!! I am still on vacation and I got no computer here, i have much free tim here :-). I want to ask you where are you from,if did you go out from your country or just stayed at home and got some relax. I will talk now of my vacations. First I went to my home near the sea (where I am now) and enjoyed many baths! I love water, sun and sand! Then I took a Costa Cruise ship! It was so big, 55000T! I went to Egypt,Greece,Cypro Malta and Tripoli with my family! I loved the cruise life! I didn't suffer for sailing the sea luckily! Pyramids and the Sfinx are beautiful. We made about 700 photos! I like to make movies and I did 2 hours of digital video! I hope all of you enjoyed this summer! Now describe your vacations! I am happy to hear from you!

This summer was a blast. During the beginning of summer I spent a week at a condo on the beach with my mom, stepdad and siblings. A few weeks later I flew up to Wisconsin to spend two months with my dad. We took a road trip to South Dakota and visited Custer State Park.

oh...did you get bored? I am sorry for you. I would ask to all of you to post a picture of beautiful places you visit (if any)...is it possible? I'll post soon some pics.....would you like to see an high-resolution of a pyramid? Or the Sfinx?
I hope to see Wisconsin and Dakota in my life...I like so much USA! I only went in the late 91 to NY and Canada..but I wish to visit better the States!

I didn't do anything, so I'm a bit envious of your summer. I have had other summers where I went on many adventures though, so I guess this year just wasn't in the works.

If you look the photo in my avatar, there is myself at the beach in the summer 2007. In fact I stayed one week in a city here in Italy with my best friends and we had a lot of fun! In the next summer I hope to stay more days on the sea because it was a great holiday.

I pretty much spent my entire summer at home. I went shopping and what not, but I didn't get to take a grand vacation or anything of the like. It would have been nice. I miss those summers were they seem endless where we do nothing but spend time with friends and what not. Oh well, there is always some other summer!

I spent a busy hosiday.Work for 24hours,and rest for
24hours.I worked at the hostel and receipt lots of
guest from all over the world.They shared couples of fascinating stories and some travelling experience each other.I have benefited a lot from them.Sometimes,I also wanna hang
out with my friend,but I have to offer myself.
In a word ,my holiday is busy and nice.

I was with my family in Leba at Baltic Seaside. I was great we spend more time together and had a brilliant time. We walked at the beach, especially in the evenings, when we can saw sunset. I swimmed a lot in a sea, played volleyball at the beach and of course sunbathed! We were there 2 weeks and really relaxed. I was in the Slowiski National Park, where are huge dunes. I visited nearby town too. It was great holiday!

Sadly I didnt get to go away at all this summer becuase I was busy with family dilemmas...Luckily I got to go to California back in April before all the crap hit the fan though.....I wanted to go away for my bday and Samhain as well as Xmas but with all thats gone on I dont think I'll be goin anywhere until spring/summer of next yr :-(

I didn't do much with my summer. I don't get paid vacation off of work so I did take a week off but it was just to hang around my house and watch movies and generally relax. The summer started to not be fun anymore once you started working. When you were a kid summer meant no school! and it was always exciting and you'd go on vacation and it was no big deal. But even when you were in high school, I know I worked in high school so my summer would be No School!!! but all work! then once you get out of school it's work work work for the rest of your life.

Summer of 2007 has almost passed. And it is a pity I won't have summer holiday anymore. No long rest at home enjoy icecream anymore. Tired, this summer. Dealing the triffle emails and also with troublesome client. How I desire a REST,leisure. Try to make a journey on my annual leave to enjoy myself and refresh my tired heart.
