Earnings in proportion to responses received?

Does our earnings stay static when there are no responses to our discussions or when we do not a start a discussion?I am not aware of what goes on here. However, as I noticed yesterday, my beautiful picture was not posted at all. Is there some time lapse before our picture gets posted or is this also immediate as our discussions?Did I do something wrong?- because though I posted the image twice, I see the discussion and not the imaage.

mithrarao is correct, your picture should show up whether you have reached 500 posts or not. And your earnings do not stay static if you get no responses, they are related to your activity in general, which includes posting and responding to others' posts etc I don't know exactly all. But I can say for sure that even if your discussions get no response, you can still have an increase in earnings.
The image not showing up could be due to a "bug" or glitch in the website. Just keep trying...or try back another day or something.

You're welcome! Yes do keep trying. Here are some things you should do: close out discussions near the end of the month (if you can), rate discussions, add tags to discussions, and try to set a goal for replying to others discussions or starting new ones every day if you can...I think you will see much improvement in your earnings...and always make sure to add thoughful responses! :)
