What will happen to Taylor's babies? Will Brooke get custody?

Although I haven't seen too much of the story line on Bold and Beautiful lately, I have been following the Taylor/Brooke egg donor mix-up. And, for awhile, I thought that perhaps the writers were leaning towards the idea that Taylor would lose her babies when they were born to her arch rival, Brooke, especially after they took Brooke's kids away. But, now all that has changed.
Personally, I can't stand the idea of Brooke having one more kid. I'm on the same boat as everyone else that thinks Brooke is a bad mom. She brings way too many losers home to meet her kids and has no boundaries. Why can't someone else get to be a happy mom on that show for once. Is it in her contract that only Brooke gets to play the role of the happy mom? Why shouldn't Taylor be happy? I hope that when the babies are born, they find out that Brooke's eggs really weren't used and the babies belong to Taylor.
What do you think will happen when Brooke learns that she has biological children with her ex-husband? Do you think she will sue for custody? Should Taylor have rights to the babies since she nurtured them and was their surrogate mother? Who deserves the babies?

Although I suppose they used more than one egg, they have always indicated that there is only one baby in there.
I think the egg swap scare is over. Brooke is happy enough just to have Hope and RJ back. Taylor is carrying the baby and will keep the baby. I don't think a court will take them away from her, nor do I think Brooke would fight for them, if she were to find out such a thing happened. If she did that she would be taking them away from Nick and she wouldn't want to do that. Right now she is focusing on getting Ridge back... again!

Not sure why I thought there were twins. Somebody mentioned that awhile back, but then never heard of it afterwards, so maybe they decided not to go that direction. As far as her going after Ridge I can only say, "Not again!" Hasn't that woman learned her lesson? She should definitely read the discussion that I posted about knowing when to give up on someone.

I think Taylor's babies will be born healthy but the truth will come out that Brooke is the biological mother. And I agree Taylor should have a chance to have a happy motherhood but I don't think that is going to happen. I read that Ashley and Ridge are going to get engaged. So that means that Brooke will be all alone when she finds out that she is the mother of Nick's Child. So you know she is going to try to pursue Nick again. I am disgusted by her. They almost had to have her character get raped for the audience to feel sorry for her after everything she has pulled lately. I do feel bad for her that she is stuck alone. Ridge acts like he can't forgive Brooke for running back to Nick after he punched Rick, but how many times have we seen him bounce back and forth between Brooke and Taylor???? Almost every character on this show is a hypocrite and the nice people always lose out. I think the children would be better off having Taylor as a mother. I'm still not over the fact that Brooke slept with Deacon while he was married to Bridgette and had Hope. It wasn't a one time thing they had a long term affair. There is no way she needs to have anymore kids. And I am tired of seeing her torment Taylor by going after her family.

Taylor is a model mother, except for when she was drinking and ran over Thorne's wife, but other than that she raised 3 great kids with Thorne, even though we only see one of them on the show on a full time basis. I hope Brooke never finds out that the eggs that Taylor had were hers, the last thing that mother needs is another child, good grief why don't they leave motherhood to the younger ones, like Bridget or Phoebe and let the older mothers get on with their lives not thinking about having more babies.
