Do you feel lucky?

I always feel lucky. Actually you don't need to win in a game or in a lottery to feel lucky. Just to be alive is enough to make you feel lucky.

In terms of money and prizes, I don't consider myself lucky. I have joined many raffles, played the lottery every now and then, played the stock market, and I'm still not rich. The biggest prize I ever won was $100 in a casino. But as for life in general, yes, I consider myself very lucky. I have loving parents who raised me well. I finished college. I'm in good health and I live a happy life. I thank God for countless blessings.

No I don't feel lucky. It's not that I don't believe in luck, its that I just don't depend on luck. You see believing in luck and depending on luck is two different thing. If you depend on luck then you will be addicted to it and finally most of your decision will be based on it. Now that's gona be dangerous. But if you just believe in luck, you'll make "luck" as your excuse after all your efforts fail. I do hope you agree.

iam sameer from india and i feel lucky when my dad is with me, he is my luck and i also belive in luck .I feel lucky when God fulfil my wishes in that case i think that iam the luckest person in this world resently the God had fulfil my wish in qualifaing me in my eamcet examination

I have never ever won even a pen in a lucky draw, forget a lottery…that’s one of the grudges I hold against myself. So many people win so many thing, can’t I ever win anything??? But seriously, I know I am lucky with I set my priorities right. I never took my education seriously even though I was lucky to have wonderfully supportive parents who wanted their daughter to achieve something, I never took my career seriously, even though I am lucky to have the brains for it. I repent, I regret but there is precious little I can do about spilt milk. So I set my priorities right. I think of the three most important thing a person must have in order to be happy for a consistently long period of time: One would be a good spouse, two would be good children, three would be satisfying career. Well in the first two, I am more lucky than most, I keep my fingers crossed and thank God all the time. Regarding the last i.e. career, I think I will manage for some more years and then give it up to do something from home. So all in all, yes, I consider myself lucky. If you mean the other luck i.e. work hard or luck then I think you need a combination of both. You can’t achieve anything just by working hard, you need a bit of luck to control situations and people who are not within your ambit. And then you need to work hard if you intend to maintain that which you have got through good luck.

I certainly do feel luvky. And because I know about it, I hate it sometime. Well, because after I am getting pissed of time when I feel down, I always realize in the end that I am lucky. When I get my salary and going home thinking "Damn, this money is not enough, Shitt!!" , I would see some one on the street collecting trash just to fulfill hunger. I am so pissed that I am lucky, because I always search for something better. I am pissed that I am lucky, because I have no right to actually complain what is happening to me compare to the other poeple in the street. But, well I am still lucky. I do know where I am, I do know what I stand, I do know that things happens for a purpose. Screw my brain for realizing all of it.. geezzz...

Yes, I feel I am very lucky, because I have a lot of people care about me, I have a happy family, a healthy body, to have so many valuable things, I feel I was lucky person.

being lucky is not only in winning, getting something what u need, etc etc... for me i am lucky for what i have and for who i am... i dont have everything but i still feel lucky... because i am given a chance to see and live in this world... plus the people who love me...

i believe in luck,but it doesn't occur to me.every time i can see someone to be lucky,and they can always get some help to finish works easily.for my job,health,love,family,nothing is satisfied,maybe i never bless god in my life,so lucky never happen to me.LoL

Im not really sure about that Claire. I mean, yeah, what exactly is luck? Are their forces in the universe that create such lucky situations and some of us just happen to be in the right place at the right time doing the right thing? I mean I have won playing bingo, once when I called into work to go and my father payed for all my bingo cards, lol No reason for me to be lucky there, I was playing hooky from my job! Ive won other times too, but its not often. I feel lucky to have met my husband. And the night I met him I wasnt even supposed to be where I was, just happened that way. I know a girl where I live that doesnt do much to help herself, shes pretty wild and just lives from day to day. I dont know where to begin to tell you about her luck. She just recently won 2grand at the casino, she entered a raffle and won a car, she can drop a dollar in one of those card playing machines and come out with a few hundred, people are always giving her things, free tickets, clothing etc.....so who really knows what luck is! Who really knows where its generated from. I sure wish more of it would come my way so I would be blessed a little more than what I already am! hehe

i feel lucky when God respond to my wishes, if God responce to my wish i feel that iam is the luckiest person in this world, i feel very happy and in my mind so many new wishes appears,i pray to God to fulfil my wish, in resent days i prayed to God that my admission will have to occur soon in good collage and my wish is fulfilled i think that their is no person in this world as lucky as me

I feel lucky everyday. Because I can have a breath of fresh air,eat delicious food, do wondful things and accompany someone whom I love them.

I really don't feel lucky. I work hard a lot. A lot and it seems that the only thing I really have to show for it is nothing but trouble and strife. I mean, people that don't work nearly as hard as I do, seem to get by a heck of a lot easier than I do. I bust my butt in school and people that don't do much of anything, get all the scholarships and the good grades. That doesn't seem very fair to me. I just don't have the luck.

I do believe in luck. i have seen very little educated people rise in life by pure chance whereas the educated ones are struglling. So luck does give a person a push in life. Very important to have Lady Luck with you. Yes, I have a hundred reasons to feel lucky, the fact that I have a roof over my head and food in my stomach and some money in my purse. I also have the love of my family. I say thank you to God a hundred times a day for that. I see so much poverty in my country, I know I am blessed.

Hi claire03! I do not believe the luck, any affair needs the oneself's pay of sincerity. Would have the homologous repay. Destiny, and thing that some oneself want and want the target for attain. Would not oneself pain get.

Dear Claire, hope u must be doing well, Luck, Being Blessed and Hard working are seperarte things but interrelated very much. We are lucky and blessed as we are healthy, living a good life and among very few%age of world population hace eccess to computer and internet. Otherthing, hard work is key to sucesss, right intention, hard work, struggles are helpful in gettng luck in life.

I don't belive in luck. I can call it chance, or something like this. Sometimes I win on betting, scratching or other luck games, but most time I lose. Now I said surely: anybody who play luck games, it rob hiself. ;)

i feel lucky when i do some thing some job and i get some appreciation on that. and really feel unlucky when i am working day and night and no appreciation:(
