Anyone excited for the season premiere? I am! I don't know how I feel about the whole Isaih Washington thing though. I think that he shouldn't have said what he said but he shouldn't have been fired over it. What do you think?

I'm looking forward to it, but not as much as I did season 2 and 3. The season finale was such a trainwreck that I'm just having trouble getting really excited. I hope they get back into the groove of great episodes!

Oh I completely agree! That finale was a totaly trainwreck. I'm hoping that season 4 doesn't suck.

I think he was more or less fired because the rest of the cast were not enjoying working with him so much anymore, probably not literally just because of uttering one word

I'm ready for this season to get started too. I will miss Isiah Washington, he is a great actor and he brought a lot of heart to the character of Dr. Burke. I really wanted to see what would happen with him and Christina but now we'll never no. I haven't heard anyone say anything about recasting the character. Yes he shouldn't have said what he did, but I do understand why the network had to let him go. It is all in they way you say things. If Isiah had a problem with homosexuality that would have been ok because he is entitled to his own opinion, but he got in trouble for publicly making derrogatory and offensive statements about another actor on the show. I wonder if the actor who plays George decided to stay with the show. I heard rumors that he may be leaving. And I wonder what is going to happen with Derrick and Merredith.

I think it will be weird not to have him on the show but honsetly that story line was getting a bit old. I just hope this season will be a more uplifting then last season. I mean how much can these characters go thru. I am really excited I hope it will be their best season.

I can't wait to see if there is going to be a new set of main characters. They now have a new Grey that is an intern. It should be a great season regardless. I love the show. I am glad Isaih Washington is gone. I didn't even like his character in the show. He seemed so stiff all the time.

I am excited, but not as excited about previous seasons. My favorite part of Grey's is the patients! I always find it interesting in what they come up with...so much creativity! Anyway, happy watching!

I am also excited to see the season premiere! I hope that they can make the story line as good as it used to be. With them letting Washington go, and everyone else being up in the air about what is going to go on with the story line, it is kind of hard to see what will happen until it does. I am hoping that this season will be good, though!

I would usually watch the show but my enthusiasm for it would wax and wane. Some episodes I really liked and others I just found uninteresting. So I'm somewhat blase about the season premiere and the show. I'm looking foward much more to other shows like Smallville, Bones and Lost(which won't be back on till early 2008).
