It might be possible. But i think if someone has that many friends they dont know them all. I have myspace but i think i only have about 26 friends on my list. I dont know how you could keep up with hundreds let alone thousands. Do you know how many bulletins you would have to read? And i dont think its safe to really talk to that many people that you dont know. I mean you never know what kind of person you are talking to.

I know, it seems so silly to me!! I have like 40 friends so I kinda feel like a loser on myspace =) I don't get on there to make tons of friends, just mostly to re-connect with people I knew from high school and stuff. But if anyone wants to be my friends though let me know =) My page is set to private so just let me know you are form myLot! www.myspace.com/crys7881

It's like a popularity contest to some people, but I personally think that unless they are a celebrity or promoting a business, then it is ridiculous. I couldn't care less if how many people are on my friends list, just as long as they are really friends or people that I enjoy interacting with.

I don't know why anyone would want to add all those people they don't even know. I personally use myspace for keeping up with all my friends. I think some people feel as though it is a popularity contest. I get random friend requests all the time from people I don't know. I just deny it and move on.

People who have thousands of friends usualy use add on programs, or usually called trains. They don't really have that many friends, and if there are people like that, I'd like to know their secret, hahahaha.

It's impossible for people to really KNOW that many people, but on MySpace, MyLot and other social networks, it's not impossible for people to connect to thousands of people. I have about 50 "friends" on MySpace.

I don't have a MySpace page, but my sister does and she has tons of friends and she doesn't even know the majority of them. People send her friend invites and she takes them, but usually has no clue who they are.

i know people who have a ton of people and i think they just add friends that they don't know or care about. i have a myspac page and everyday i get invites from people that i have no clue who they are. My sister just adds people that sound like stalkers really. I've seen some of their comments and I warn her that she should delete that person/people but she doesn't listen to me. It's dangerous really, and all parents out there should watch their children's myspace's.
