Tonight's intervention was a good one. I felt so sorry for that family. The mother never really told her girls that she loved them growing up or in adult life. And at the intervention she told her daughter that she loved her from the bottom of her heart. Not a dry eye in the room of course. And then Jill took the offer and did so well I hope she continues to do so. She and her mother looked so good after 2 months. You go JILL.

I just saw the show too. I didn't think the mother would say it. I think she needs some help because she needs to break down those walls. But it was a breakthrough for her tonight. Jill looked great and I HOPE she will continue on. People fall back into old habits so easily. Maybe the mother/daughter therapy and the sobriety house or whatever it is called that she will move into will help and she can successfully overcome that terrible addiction for good. Another very touching episode. My heart aches for all these families.

The show Intervention on A&E is heart wrenching to me. I cannot hardly stand to watch it. I am glad they show the ugly side of addiction. I wish they had more successes thou.

I had a moment or two when I was afraid that the mother wouldn't say I love you. It's so sad when people are taught not to show emotion and you have to wonder why people would want to teach their kids such things. Sure, you can't be overly sensitive sometimes in today's world, but it's ok to tell your family you love them.
