Have you ever been so arrogant to do things, what others say not to do? Do you have the urge to break the rules. Because, i believe, people tend to break rules only if they are restricted on doing something.

By that way i can make "those" people respond, who would do, whatever they are said not to do. I think i am clear now.

I think one great example of what you're trying to say is what Eve did with the forbidden fruit. I guess its human nature to be curious and to break rules.
I do have tendencies to do what others asked me not to do. I don't think of it as arrogance, more of defiance of the rules. :)
