Did you sleep in this morning? I normally don't sleep in very late but this morning I did. I worked all day yesterday painting the outside of my house and I had barely quit for the day when my son brought my granddaughter over so I could watch her while they painted! So this morning I was beat. Sometimes if I sleep in too late I wake with a headache. How about you? Do you sleep in when you have the chance?

It's great that you had a sleep in this morning *applause* especially since it is rare for you. I have to admit, I usually sleep in for as long as I can. I'm one of those people who repeatedly hits Snooze =P This weekend, my boyfriend and I house-sat for my mum, so we just lazed around in bed until 10am both on Saturday and Sunday. It was awesome to not have anything else to do, like we would at home =D

You are right. When you are at home you always have a list of things to do so you lay there and think about it. That is probably why I get up so early usually. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, I slept until about 8:30...no alarm going off. I love snuggeling under the covers when it's cool...I had the windows wide open by my bed...so it was a little chilly this morning. I sleep in whenever I get a chance. Usually the alarm is set for 7:00 so it's a treat not to set it.

That sounds like perfect snuggling weather. I'm jealous! Last night it rained, so this morning it was just muggy, LOL.

I have always been a night owl insomniac type since I worked for a traveling carnival since childhood. But normally I sleep in on Sundays as it's the only day my wife doesn't work. I take care of my father so Sunday is also kind of my day off with the wife home. But today I didn't sleep in. I awoke at 7 a.m. and have been up since. That's after going to bed at about 4 a.m. Uggg! 4 or 5 hours of sleep is my standard also so it wasn't that bad actually. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I normally can't sleep in. I think it goes back to taking the early classes in college. I hardly ever sleep past 6am. This morning I woke up at 5am with a migraine, so I got up and took the appropriate medicine. I still wanted to try to make it to church, so I thought, I'll rest until my alarm goes off. Well, I woke up an hour after I set my alarm for! Turns out I had it set on pm, and not am. Thankfully, my migraine was gone, so I just rushed around, and got to church right as it was starting. So I think if I start sleeping in on purpose, I may never show up for anything!

Well you got extra rest and still made it on time! That was a good way to start the day. Glad your migraine is better too!

Dear Jilllhill, Whenever I feel to sleepy in the morning I sleep otherwise generally I get up at 6 am in the morning. I am being a sugar patient some days I feel sleepy in the morning. Up to the age 35 I never slept in the morning after 5 pm. As soon as I get up in the morning after doing the morning chores, I take bath at 6 am in the cold water whether it is summar or winter. Since I have become old I take during the winter only in hot water and in summar in cold water. I always wants to get up from the bed in the morning 6am but it is not possible since I am a sugar patient.
