The other night a friend stopped over and she brought with her a bag of apples from her tree. They are totally awesome! Right now I have an apple crisp made from her apples baking in the oven. Later I am going to the store and get fixings for chili as it's the first really cool day we have had and I am hungry for chili. What are you cooking today?

I am right now eating the last piece of my apple cobbler. Glad you enjoyed the apples...there are more here whenever you want some. I put chicken in the oven yesterday...I love cooking oven meals when it's chilly out. I will be fixing leftover chicken and homeade applesauce...but it's just as good the second day.

MMMmm I love apple crisp!! Oddly enough I was planning on baking some bread, cookies and muffins today but decided instead to do some drawing and sewing...I'll probably do the baking tomorrow while I'm home alone..

It's a pasta dish. Like lasagna with different type pasta and a few different cheeses baked to lightly brown the cheeses on top.

I put a pork roast in the oven with mushroom soup. I peeled some potatoes, for mashed potatoes. I am also having green beans. The house smells so good right now. So, it must be getting close to done.

I add masa flour and cayenne pepper to it. That's only part of the adjustment. I'm really close lipped on the recipe =3
