to find out why your score went down? And I'm still having trouble figuring out how to see my percentages. Inquiring minds want to know. :-)

My experience was when I involved in responding to the DELETED discussion. Mean one for one. Quite many of it happened to me that such way.

Boy this is a question I'd love to find the answer to. My points have gone down as much as 4...then back up..and down again. I cannot fathom who or what does it. Others have complained that their points...and the color of their stars dropped in minutes, overnight...and with no reason they can comprehend. The rating system does seem strange and unpredictable to me...and many others. In some ways I do not think it is needed. Mylotters know how we feel about each other through the way we relate. The star system is not an accurate measure of that. Personally I think Mylot should let us know what has occurred and why if they are going to keep the rating system in place. If we knew what happened to cause it to fall...we could change they way we're doing things. For now...I am just as perplexed as you are.

I usually don't participate in discussions about up and down numbers or the star colors. I did start a discussion when I got a blue star the first time though, because it was well....the first time!!! :-) Anyway just making conversation. Until I get ready for bed. I think I'm going to turn in early tonight. I'm usually up until about 1:30 or 2am. Well I hope someone comes around who knows...or not........

the only reason i can think why scores go down is maybe some discussions were deleted for whatever reason. i have read a lot with regards to this question here and most of the reasons i have gathered are more or less the same.

Thats what I thought but I don't notice any of my discussions missing. Maybe a discussion that someone else started that I responded to maybe? Just wondering....
