okay what do i do now, I have non pay customer

I had a lot of baby clothes listed one person bid, Its being 3 days now I send the invoice the buyer has not responded. Do I send another invoice? Should I contact Ebay and report as non pay? This is the first I have ever had someone not paying not sure the best way to handle.

Does it say in your listing that they have to pay you in so many days? I would wait a few more days. the person may not even be aware that they won yet. i've done that before, i've forgot about the auction ending and not known that i won right away. or maybe they have to line up money. i would say after a week, if they haven't contacted you or paid you then contact ebay. that way you don't turn someone in that didn't need to be turned in.

I always send a second invoice with the comment that failure to respond and pay WILL result in my filing a non-paying buyer complaint. I also put in exactly when I expect a response or payment so there is NO question in their mind. I have had to send 5 second invoices; but, only 1 non-paying buyer complaint. Most of the time, they just "forgot" or were waiting till pay day.

I would wait another few days. I usually resend an invoice after 5 days after auction end. Then i will wait another 2-3 days. Then i will send a message saying that i will file a non-paying bidder form with ebay if they don't pay within so many days. if they don't, I file the form.

I wouldn't do anything as yet as the person may be unwell on holiday anything you never know. I sell on ebay and it took one person over a week to respond. So I would wait a while yet.

I would wait until the seven days are up and see if they have paid. If not it will go straight into disputes and you have the option to go ahead and continue with the dispute. If you have 'selling manager' on your ebay it will be in the right hand side column. It could be that they have sent the payment by post, but havent sent you a 'payment sent' email.

Glad to see they paid. I was going to say send another invoice and wait a few more days/
