i do think the best thing to lose weight is jogging and a little bit of excersice may be yoga also help...

i think eating a healthy diet, and working out. I have found that running or jogging is the best!!

Changing your lifestyle rather than jumping into a diet and believing it'll shed away the pounds and your problems. Realising why you have put on weight and dealing with those issues. Exercise is part and parcel with food. Eat the amount of calories recommended for your lifestyle activity level. Though running is a fantastic thing to get into it, I find swimming is better for losing weight although there's no law stopping you from doing more than one type of exercise. I run and swim and cycle.

if u want to loose weight, you must eat less mostly before you sleep at night, eat less meat and replace them with veggies and fruits, avoid colas and junk foods, sweets and oily foods..
