Many employees feel nerve when talking with the boss. My former boss told me: "I am ok to talk with anyone, but don't want to talk with ***, because he is my boss". The boss has much impact on our career and salary. So lots of people want to present a perfect aspect of themselve to the boss in order to get the appreciation from the boss and get a salary increase, but they are also afraid of give away some negative message about themselve to the boss. And of course getting a salary increase is not easy but delivering a negative informtaion to the boss is not so difficult, So majority of the employee choose to be slient. What's your opinion. Are you feel ok when commucating with the boss?

Before do that kind of talking, I have to take turn to a new leaf from my boss to my leader. All my words having propensity justly like I am talking to my leader. Boss will never listen but a leader will take place as a good listener. Boss will drags the talking but leader will solve the talking.

Good analogy for the boss and leader regarding to talk. Boss just cares the result, but the leader has to care the process and has to cooperate with different party. Boss says "get it done", leader says, "ok, we can do it in this way, ...".
