Should I trust him or not?

I have been in a relationship for three years now and found out that my boyfriend has four accounts online searching for a 1 on 1 private relationship with other girls a lot younger then myself. He is always talking about trust and how much he loves me, but then I come across something like this. These accounts show that they where created during the time we got together and when I found one of them, I had ask him about it. He explained that it was set up way before we had gotten together. The next thing I know the account I came across was changed with a new account. Should I trust him or not in being honest with me? Whether he is cheating or not, isn't this being dishonest when you tell someone you love them?
