Should Todd get custody of "Tommy"?

I really think Todd should get custody of Tommy, everyone is making him out to be such a bad guy right now, but look at how many people, including Michael have known the truth for months now, and not one person has come forward, knowing how badly Todd wanted and tried to find his son. He has always seemed to be a loving father, that seems to be the one constant in his life. Everyone says they need to think about the baby, but what about the other children this will effect (meaning Starr and Jack)? They deserve a chance to get to know their brother and have him live with them. I'm glad they're moving fast on this, I can't help but think that Marcy and Michael will try to leave town with "Tommy".

I don't think it matters, Todd with all his money will eventually get his son back and how much damage he does to Marcie and Michael marriage is yet to be seen. I think they should give Tommy back to Todd without a fight it will only hurt them and Tommy in the end. But this is Soap Opera Land now isn't it?

I'm a soap junkie, not only do I watch the soap when they come on locally, I watch them again on the soap channel and get 2 soap opera magazines weekly so I am totally addicted. I actually like this storyline, I am hoping to see a softer side of Todd that we don't experience very often.

i think todd is a good father to starr and jack but if it turns out to be his son i think that todd should have his son back. micheal and rex and everyone else who knew about tommy should have told marcy and she would have took it in more better than she did. she may have raised him for 2 years but told was looking for his son that whole time and he never gave up why should todd be punished for that he never gave up looking for that kid, he wants that baby so bad and it deserves to be with todd
i feel bad for marcy and micheal but it is todds son

I think that Michael and Marcy are by far the best parents. Todd is too unstable. Yes, he loves his kids, but he does not set a very good example for them. And the way he acts, Tommy is more like a possession than a child. That is what it's all about. I think that maybe there should be some agreement where Todd and his family can see Tommy, but he should be raised by Michael and Marcy.

I guess in the perfect world they maybe could share custody. I do believe that Todd should get custody of Tommy as he has been looking for him all this time. It wasn't his fault that Margaret took off with Tommy.
I feel so sorry for Marcie and Michael though.
It will be interesting to see how this all turns out.
