"Sunny" the laundromat lady ~

There's a local laundromat which is run by a really swell lady! I hadn't seen her for a couple of months.. or I guess almost three.. And was starting to worry as I've glimpsed her son and his wife running things.. Well I saw her last night and now I'm kinda (lots) heartbroken.. at first I thought she'd had a stroke, but what she has is "brain cancer". She's taking experimental drugs.. she found out she had a problem when her leg started dragging and her arm got limp.. So now she's in a wheelchair, not looking her best, but still very cheerful and well, just a sweet and altogether lovely lady. She finds out if the cancer has successfully been shrunk at the end of September. Please say a little prayer for complete recovery, for Sunny, the sweet and ever popular laundromat lady (retired from her office job, still hurting from her divorce years ago, and has always seemed a bit lonely). :(

I will definately add her to my prayers. One thing I have never understood is why the nicest people always get the most horrible diseases. while murderers , convicts, rapists get away with so little. Why God's ways are so twisted?

That's sad. Why can't Osama bin Laden have that instead of a lady like Sunny. But I know it must make her feel good to know someone outside of her family cares so much.
