I just found a notebook that I had wrote a bunch of Home remidies in, and now after I have read thru more of it I thought there were a few more worth sharing. Once again I will mark the ones that I have really tried with a *. If anyone has tried any of the ones that I list and have had good or bad results please share with us. Also please feel free to add any of your own personal house hold secrets so we all can use them =) * DANDRUFF Pour (I sprayed)Distilled white vinager onto your hair, as close to your scalp as you possibally can; massage into your scalp; let your hair dry and then wash as usual. Do this for a few days and dandruff should dissapear in less then 1 week. To get GUM out of hair soak the hair in coke(tm)this should make it "wipe" out easily ( i have been waiting to try this one but thankfully my duaghter has yet to get gum in her hair) *SPLINTER REMOVAL **this is a great way to get childrens splinter out** Use clear tape (scotch tape) place the tape over the area with the splinter *it has to be a splinter that part of it is poking out of the skin. Then pull the tape off and hopefully the splinter will be on the tape. I have had this work plenty of times but 2 times it didnt work. Try to use scotch brand tape cheaper types dont seem to be as effective. =) Thats it for my Tricks so Hope that everyone can use some of these and will share some of their own

Hello BinKsBaby. Your dandruff hint sounds like a good one. I have also read that Listerene works for danderfuff. I don't have danderuff but my grandson but I can't get him to try any home remedy for it. I have never heard about coke taking gum out of a child'hair. I do know that peanut butter works real well for taking gum out of a child's hair. I have done it several time. I think it's the oil, so maybe any oil will do but I know for sure peanut butter works.

When I was prego I had gotten dandruff at the very end around 8 and 1/2 months it might have been because of the cold weather and the extra showers I was taking but I did use Vinager and it worked after about 3 or 4 times, I have heard of listerene too but I have never tried it. I have never really had dandruff besides that time. I remember as a kid using peanut butter to get gum out of my hair, the only reason I am not a fan of this because I personally hate the smell of peanut butter unless I am in the mood to eat it LOL! But Coke(tm) can also remove grease stains from your driveway try pouring some on the spots and then letting it set there over night and wash it with the hose the next day I have done it however the spots were not the worst oil spots but it did work!

Thanks for sharing your home remedies.I also have some hope it will be useful to you 1.For indigestion: Take a drink made of a spoonful of ginger juice,1tsp of lemon juice mixed with a bottle of soda, add salt or sugar. 2.For cold and cough: take a glass of warm milk add a dash of tumeric& 1 tsp of honey.Take it before you go to bed. 3.For tired feet,in a basin of hot water put a handful of rock salt and immerse feet.It gives instant relief.
