Has anyone seen or heard about "the end of the world" happening on 12/21/2012? I found this website posted and found it very interesting: http://www.december212012.com/articles.shtml What are your thoughts on this? Do you think our civilization will end in the next 5 years?

I think if you go by the bible no man knows the day or hour that the end of the world will come. He will come like a thief in the night. I remember all the hype about Y2K when the world was going to end on New Years 2000. and we are all still here. lol Like I said I don't believe anyone knows.

I remember new years 2000, it snowed 31 inches where I used to live in Indiana but the world never came to an end, but it sure felt like it when we couldnt get out for the next week lol. Only the man upstairs knows what will happen for sure.

Ah yes the bible code and the great asteroid of 2012, I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens. But I would think that with our satellites and technology that if something that big was hurting thru space in our direction we would have seen it already, that only 5 years away.

I agree, surely, we would know way before it happens, IF it happens. Someone was posting that link in a Yahoo chat room this week and I thought I'd share it with MyLot. There have been so many "end to the world" theories throughout my whole life and I'm now 50. So far, I'm still here. Who knows what will happen. We will just have to wait it out.

I have heard about it many times and i feel these things are rumours..I know the worl will end but i beleive there is no suc fixed year when will it happen...
