How to avoid a very stressful life

People usually work 8 hours a day 5 days a week and we realize that after getting our jobs done in front of the computer, we end up going home and looked so harrassed. Here are a few simple steps to avoid suffering from health problems in the future: 1. Have an 8 hour sleep. Make sure that you have finished everything before going to bed. At least you will not be thinking about it during bed time. 2. Choose what you eat. Do not indulge yourselves into too much meat. It will be very unhealthy. If you really cannot resist meat, you can try mixing some vegetables on it but preferably pure vegetables are still the best! Skipping meals will not be my suggestion because it's not gonna work. Our body is like a machine it can work efficiently if you take something that is very nutritious. 3. Have a regular exercise. Jogging will be a lot better specially when you do it in the morning. 4. Lessen your smoking habits and drinking sessions too. It will add up to your stress. 5. Do not work too hard. It is just fine to render overtime once in a while but you should have time to play and spend time with your family as well. Relax, have fun and enjoy!
