What animal resembles you most and why?

I have a pet and she's a 3 year old jack russell terrier, i love her a lot, she's the reason i thought about animals and this discussion. Well i will answer this question first (what animal resembles you most and why?) I think a dog will be the perfect animal that resembles me, we know that dogs are man's best friend cause they are loyal and will try to protect you, i am friendly and loyal person that's why i can say it would be a DOG that resembles me the most. If you try to hurt a dog they will fight back but if you're good to them, they are good to you also. I am like that, if you are good to me, i'll be good to you but if you mess with me i won't trust you anymore and will fight back if you try to hurt me. How about you? What animal resembles you most and explain to us why?:)

I think I would be mentally a bird, because I fly out of my body and soar away so much that I sometimes feel like a bird.
physically, I would have to be a cat.. and not a house cat, a wild big cat like a panther. One because if I am hungry or looking for prey, I prowl. and if you get in my way, I can take you out with one fell swoop.LOL
I have been known to lift full freezers and throw loaded washers that quit mid cycle.

My cat, "Baby"is silver gray and I'm going that way. He likes to eat like crazy in the Fall and so do I. He loves do go for walks and rest. Sounds like the life to me! My cat is cautious when it comes to strangers. He observes them. Then if they're worthy of his friendship, he goes over to them. I'm like that, too. Interesting question, thanks. Take care.

Hey claire. You hit the nail on the head. I am a dog. Loyal, friendly, loving (unconditionally) and playful. I would give a friend the shirt of my back, but if they lie to me or disrespect me, I can say hasta la vista to that friend and never look back. In that way, I have it better than some dogs, as they are stuck with abusive owners most of the time.
I also have a Jack Russell. I rescued her from an abusive owner and she is one of the loves in my life. So smart, she is. It's worth it to leave the house just to get her greeting when I walk back in! Head down over front paws, butt up in the air and tail waggin'.

Claire,that's really nice!If you resemble a dog that means you're a really good friend and always nice to people!
But as for me, I think I have something from a tiger or a lion.I could be quiet minding my own bussiness and if I smell enemies I get agressive and attack them immediately (with words of course). But I could be cute as a cat and walk gracefully.Then why I mentioned the lion? Because there are moments when I feel really proud and it's like I give the orders and everyone listens to me.

My brother's kitten, Emmy, she can get wild and crazy sometimes, but most of the time she's calm, cool, and collective, just like me.

I think Dogs are great pets actually they know who to protect and who not too.. I have a small dog who's actually is my son's.. He is so protective it's unreal.. I do have a bigger dog much bigger than my son's dog and he takes her on, it's kinda funny.. Tinker the dog is just one of those dogs that don't let anyone get threw to his people.. Cute huh!

Interesting idea! Well I have 6 cats at home, and the little girl across the road calls me The Cat Lady (LOL!)- so I guess I would have to say the cat as they are definately my favourite animal! Cats are independant - they love their freedom. You can never own a cat - they live with you because they choose you (not the other way around), and I am very independant too, and hate being controlled, hemmed-in, or told what to do! Cats are intelligent too, and very clean. I like to think that I am both! Cats love luxury too - a nice, warm bed, good fod that someoe else prepares for them, and a lot of fuss as long as it is on their terms, and they are not being forced into it! That again is very much like me!

I think that I'm very similar to a cat because I love to be with people when I want to and I'm very peaceful. I hate to be bother ,and I usually choose certain people to be part of my life. I love everyone ,but I have only a few close friends. A cat will never deal with you if you treat them bad ,and I'm very much like that.

I think that rabbits can resemble me most. I am a nice and gentle man in character and I can always think more of others first in the position. I think that I am the kind who understands people for their needs though sometimes I feel proud of myself.

Come in sight of your discussion,I am very happy.Because I follow you very alike,the person that I am a to like to get along with very much,"amity""loyalty".And I also like"dog"very."Dog"is the manking's best friend .Because its disposition is a "loyalty".regardless you to it good or not good,it would to you "loyalty"!

I would have to say a cocker spaniel. I had three of them but they've all since passed. I love their sweet personalities and their long fur but it's a lot of work to keep them brushed and clean. They're so happy although look sad but are rather full of life.

I have a jack russel terrier too, but mine is just a six month old. To answer your question, I would definitely pick dog. Like what you said dogs are mans bestfriend. I'm a friendly person, I can easily be friends in any group of person or individual. it may be old ones or youngs ones.

I guess that I would have to go with the dog for much the same reasons as you. I am friendly and loyal for the most part, but if you mess with me or with my friends then you better watch out. If you try to hurt me or one of my friends, I can turn on you just as easily and I will fight back just like a dog would.

Hi Claire, a very nice and interesting question you ask in here :)
Well, according to my Chinese horoscope I am a Dragon, and I think I do resemble one in my ways of doing too :) On the other hand my cats love to act just like I do, so I think I have something of a cat too, or perhaps, I am more like a black panther, but who knows ;) Than I love dogs too, and you could say that in some the things I am and do I resemble a dog. And for different traits in my character I resemble to different animals, so I have not a definitive answer to your question :)
