No, wishful thinking my friend, $0.02450 is 2.5 cents, anything with a 0 in front of the number is only the next number so if your number is $0.0656 it is only 6 cents

ill give you another way to look at it, when you see something in the stores its usually something like $9.99 With 2 after the dot, so here one way to help you $0.02|450 ... Look where the line is, after the 2 which comes after the dot!!! so its 2 cents , and a little bit over, same applies for the other one $0.04|600 which is 4 cents and a bit over!

The answer to your first question is 2.45 Cents. The answer to your second question is 4.6 Cents. Can you see why this is so? If you need more of an explanation, you could private message me. Good luck.

$0.02450 is the same as 2.5 cents or 2 cents and $0.04600 is 4.6 cents or 4 cents or they could round it up to 5 cents
