# Question I need to know about earnings?

What is \$0.02450= is it 24 1/2 cents? How about \$0.04600= is it 46 cents? I would like to know I am not good with decimals. someone please explain it to me. If you have the answer I need to know right now. I am thanking you in advance. Ok, I will be back. I got this today on one of My websites for clicking.

No, wishful thinking my friend, \$0.02450 is 2.5 cents, anything with a 0 in front of the number is only the next number so if your number is \$0.0656 it is only 6 cents

AWWWWah I thought I was into something. Ok, Mylot sure is slow don't you think, I haven't been on here a lot, but It has really seem slow these last few days. do you notice that?

ill give you another way to look at it, when you see something in the stores its usually something like \$9.99 With 2 after the dot, so here one way to help you \$0.02|450 ... Look where the line is, after the 2 which comes after the dot!!! so its 2 cents , and a little bit over, same applies for the other one \$0.04|600 which is 4 cents and a bit over!

The answer to your first question is 2.45 Cents. The answer to your second question is 4.6 Cents. Can you see why this is so? If you need more of an explanation, you could private message me. Good luck.

\$0.02450 is the same as 2.5 cents or 2 cents and \$0.04600 is 4.6 cents or 4 cents or they could round it up to 5 cents

\$0.02450 is just a little over two cents. the other one is just over four cents.
