Secret Love

Have you ever had a secret love, someone who flips your heart right out of your chest but you knew that it would never be? I had someone I loved from afar. I knew that we came from two different worlds but just the thought of him made my day better. Now I hardly think of him but for a while I would look for him in a crowd, listen to hear his voice and day dream about him everyday. Have you had someone you have loved from afar?

yes I did. it was my first wife. For many years after we split up (I messed up) I yearned for her. Because she was/is the mother of two of my sons, we still saw lots of each other. FOr many, many years I really still loved her 'from afar'. But that has slowly faded out...and Im very much in love with my wife now. But I will always have a special affection for that first love of my life.
