Please keep your fingers crossed for me....meet Kitty!

I'm so excited that I had to come to mylot to write about this.....
I've been looking for a small dog since I had to rehome my ferrets and I think I just found one. I have to wait until the first of the month to pay for her but they say they will wait. They are moving and can't take her with them.
Her name is Kitty and she's a 6 1/2 month old yorkshire terrier. She weighs 10 pounds and to me is the cutest little thing. I feel bad for her having to leave the family she is with but I understand that things happen like that and am more than happy to pay the $200 they are asking which includes her doggie bed, crate, toys and a months worth of food. I think it's a great deal and will be giving two "beings" something they both need....love and affection.
Take a look at little Kitty and keep your fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong for me. I can't tell you how much I want her. Does anyone have any advice that I should know about yorkies before I get her?

I think that is great, ctry! Good things do come to those who wait, apparently. I know that you will be so happy with Kitty, and, as you stated, both of you will be receiving what you want most. Take good care of her and show her all the love you can. The sum of what I actually know about Yorkies is that they are as cute as can be.(:

When I first read the title of your discussion, I thought you talking about a cat! Now I realise that you mean a puppy/ dog. I am sure shje will be very cute. I have a terrier, but she is a mini fox terrir, so there really is no advice I can offer you.
I can't wait until you can include a photo of her, as she sounds so gorgoues.

Yes, strange name for a dog huh? If she wasn't so young (8 months) I would change it but I think I'm going to keep it so as not to confuse her.

I have a free dog you can have, he is a jack russle terrior. My friends are getting rid of him because they just don't have the room for him to run.. Sorry had to throw that one in.
Good luck with your new dog, and hope he brings as much love and joy to you as I am sure you will to him.
No seriously if you know anyone that wants that dog let me know.

Jack Russells ARE adorable dogs. I'm sure they will be able to find the little guy a home. I got Kitty from craigslist so I'm hoping it works out.

I am glad you will have company soon.I hope she will find soon comfort in your home.
Actually my future mother in law has a yorky and we love him so much.They have such a great expresions in their face.Also they like to play very much.I hope, you will have a great time with him.

As soon as I knew I was going to get her I started reading up on yorkies and have downloaded a couple of pdf's so I can really sit and read them.
