What is your favorite way to chill out?

Going for a walk near the beach... I love it! When I'm not near the beach I just go for a walk to somewhere with air conditioner.

That sounds like a great way to chill when the weather is hot. We don't really get hot summers where I live in the north of England but if we did and we had a nearby lake then I would swim also.

i love to go swimming as well but cant do that as often as i want to. so i chill by preparing my hubby and one for myself of course some smoothies or fruit shakes. drinking and watching our little boy play

Well i think the best way to chill out is at the beach. Because you can spend hours without feeling hot. But it depends on people's moods. Some people think it cool to chill out at pubs and bars.

I just love to go shopping!it is the best time to relax!

I love swimming, too :) We don't have our own pool, but our neighbours let us use theirs whenever we want :) It's good exercise, too. I'm really lazy (it's a reaaally good thing I ahve a high metabolism XD), but I like swimming, so it doesn't even seem like exercise to me. I also like sitting outside and reading a good book, or taking my notebook out there and working on my writing. I also like running a bit with my dog, and talking on the phoen outside. haha weird, I know.

Well if I was in Scotland (like you), I would certainly be outdoors. There are so many great places to hike there or just amble up the hills with the sheep. LOL However, being here in the US (Midwest), I go to the park or gardens, go the movies, or read. My favorite thing to do to relax is go somewhere warm and tropical like Mexico, get on a good beach, get a frosty drink, and alternate between swimming and reading. I've been to Cozumel, a small island off the coast of Mexico near Cancun, and this is the perfect spot for it.

as for me i love to watch a movie in the cinema either im alone or with my girlfriend. i treat watching movie as a way to chill out especially if it is a hilarious or comedian type of movie.that's how i do relaxing.

Most of the time, I cool down myself swimming in the pool. Lately I also went to the lake when I discovered a lake nearby that has a sand beach. Well, if only we are near the coast, I would prefer to go to there instead.

hanging out at the beach....I love the beach....I'm just lucky that I have access since I work in a resort here in Boracay Island, Philippines....
