I see this is a really old discussion but I hope you are still interested in hearing. I've tried everything to keep my weight within the 'normal' limits in my 43 years. A friend introduced me to nutritional cleansing with Isagenix in June and it has been amazing. I've dropped a ton of weight, but health is better than it has been in years and I feel GREAT! Check it out - www.lautz_tm.isagenix.com

I have recently lost 10 lbs!! Unfortunately, it took the tried and try methods -- eating less and walking a mile every or every other day. It is very difficult for me to lose weight as I have an Immune Deficiency that I receive infusions for. They pump 48 ozs of fluid into me every other week. Needless to say, once I started walking, that's about all it took. I also found eating the fresh produce of summer helped greatly! Not quite sure what I'm going to do this winter.....can't exactly walk too far with wind chills below zero!?!? We'll just see if anyone else has a better way!! Have a wonderful rest of your day!!!

I know what u mean about not being able to have them available in the winter :( Im considering an eliptical trainer for *walking* its like a tred mill but u actually MOVE a bit more with it :) keep up the good work! :)XX Thank u xx u have a great day as well :) XX

I like to excersice, while I really enjoy it.but like eveerybody I am lazy sometimes too.But it needs discipline and even if I am tired and lazy I just get up and go excerice. Most anjoybale thing for me is hip hop, dancing, taeboo or aerobick.I have DVD at home with different kinds of execrise, so it is not every time the same stereotyp.I like to change them, while it would get bored to excerise same thing each time.Sometimes it can be hard to push yourself, but after 20-40 minutes you will feel great, that you made something for yourself.I don't belibe in diet either.I love to eat and enjoy every peace, so moving is the best for me.Hope you will find it enjoybale also.

Ill sometimes dance inmy kitchen - the floor is slippery there - and ill dance to a whole CD sweating and feel SO good after :) xx If doing housework is considered a work out - dancing in the kitchen is too:) XX lol lol i HAVE to get my butt moving to a class!! when i was trying to lose weight. i was taking about 1300 calories per day. now that i got a favorable weight i maintain it by eating alkaline based foods / low fat longevity foods such as wild salmon, red grapes, blueberies, almonds, spinach, lettuce and the list goes on. got this advise from christopher guerriero. it worked for me big time!
