Gluten and casein free diet

I am starting my autistic son on a gluten and casein free diet. Any advice or recipes?

My husband has gluten free food. I also believe it is definitely worth trying for autistic children. Here is a site I belong to that has lots of recipes (FREE). www.Gluten-Free-Online.com
